Ludhiana, December 6
Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana, under the Smart City Project, has issued orders to install a 100-feet high Tricolour near the statues of Rajguru, Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev near Jagraon bridge.
Also, orders have been given to install LED lights at the statues of the martyrs. On Sunday, Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu and councillor Mamta Ashu visited Jagraon Bridge for inspection.
The beautification project of all the statues including those of Mahatma Gandhi near MC Zone-A office, Nirmaljeet Singh Sekhon at DC Complex, Dr. BR Ambedkar at Jalandhar Bypass, and Kartar Singh Sarabha at Bhai Bala Chowk, will also start soon.
