Observing World Car-free day, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, along with his MLAs, rides a bicycle from his residence to the secretariat in Chandigarh on Wednesday.

Earlier, the Haryana CMO office has informed in a tweet that ‘World car-free Day’ will be celebrated to protect nature and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will go to the secretariat from his residence on a bicycle to make people aware.
According to the reports, Manohar Lal Khattar also inaugurated an exhibition of electric vehicles at Civil Secretariat. He also reportedly said that for the maintenance of the trees older than 75 years old, a pension amount of Rs. 2,500 would be given to the people in the name of the Pran Vayu Devta Pension Scheme.
