Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi on Saturday had a conversation with Farmer leader Balbir Singh Rajewal. He expressed his grief over the demise of Rajewal’s brother Nahar Singh.
CM Channi also assured Rajewal that the Punjab Government will repeal the three farm laws in the special Punjab Assembly session that will be convened on November 8.
At the same time, Chief Minister requested Rajewal to send to him a joint written proposal from all the farmers’ associations regarding the repeal of the three farm laws.
