For inciting religious sentiments, Jalandhar police have registered a case against actor Deep Sidhu. As per the reports, based on statements of Guru Ravidas Tiger Force chief Jassi Talhan, police have filed a case against the actor.
A video of Deep Sidhu has reportedly gone viral on social media where he can be seen speaking words hurting the sentiments of the Valmiki and Ravidas community. The media reports suggest that a case under IT Act and other sections has been filed. Further investigation into the case is undergoing.
It is to be noted that Deep Sidhu was also named in the Lal Quila violence controversy on Republic Day.
